Database Migration Time Machine

 Build a Database Migration Time Machine that lets developers preview how a database schema evolves across migration versions. Accept SQL migration files, ORM migration scripts, and schema snapshots. Reconstruct the schema at any selected version, compare tables and constraints, identify destructive operations, and detect changes that could cause data loss or application downtime. Generate migration dependency graphs, estimated risk reports, rollback scripts where technically safe, and staged deployment plans. Support PostgreSQL and MySQL initially. Clearly distinguish verified rollback operations from operations that cannot restore deleted or transformed data. Never execute migrations against a live database without explicit authorization.
