The Customer Friction-to-Revenue Compiler

Build an interactive application that converts customer complaints, support conversations, product reviews, website analytics, and sales objections into prioritized revenue improvement experiments.

Allow users to import CSV files, feedback exports, interview notes, and manually entered observations. Group related friction points, identify which customer journey stage they affect, and estimate their impact on conversion, retention, support costs, or refunds.

For each opportunity, generate a traceable chain from customer evidence to suspected problem, business consequence, proposed intervention, experiment design, and success metric.

Include an opportunity ranking system based on estimated value, confidence, implementation effort, and time to validate. Users should be able to compare experiments, record results, and update their assumptions.

Create an interactive evidence map and an exportable experiment backlog. Separate measured outcomes from estimates, avoid double-counting overlapping opportunities, and never invent customer feedback or claim revenue gains before they are measured.
