Build a meeting analysis tool that evaluates whether discussions lead to clear, executable decisions rather than simply producing notes.
Allow users to import meeting transcripts, agendas, notes, and follow-up records. Extract proposed decisions, final decisions, rejected alternatives, unresolved questions, action items, owners, deadlines, and supporting rationale.
Distinguish statements of intention from actual commitments, and distinguish decisions explicitly confirmed by participants from conclusions inferred by the system. Link each extracted item to the relevant source passage and allow users to correct it.
Track whether actions were completed, deadlines changed, decisions were reopened, or the same issue repeatedly returned to later meetings. Generate a decision register, outstanding-action list, and recurring discussion report.
Include a meeting preparation mode that surfaces unresolved decisions and missing evidence before the next session. Protect confidential meeting data, support configurable retention, and never assign responsibility to a person without sufficient evidence.
