Create a platform that tracks how a conclusion, report, or business decision was produced from its original source material.
Users can import documents, spreadsheet records, data extracts, analysis results, and manually written findings. Build a directed evidence graph linking each conclusion to the calculations, transformations, source records, and assumptions that support it.
When a source changes, identify which calculations, conclusions, reports, and decisions may need to be reviewed. Flag unsupported claims, missing intermediate steps, broken references, and evidence that has been superseded.
Include version history, reviewer annotations, source timestamps, configurable approval stages, and an exportable evidence package. Provide a clear distinction between direct source evidence, derived calculations, and human interpretation.
Use content hashes or other appropriate integrity checks where supported, but do not claim that a hash alone proves a document is authentic. Preserve original records, control access, and require authorized approval before replacing evidence or finalizing a report.
