The Micro-SaaS Idea-to-Validation Machine

Create a startup validation workspace that transforms a narrow business problem into a testable micro-SaaS concept without immediately building a full application.

Allow users to describe a target audience, recurring frustration, existing workaround, domain expertise, budget, technical capabilities, and distribution channels. Generate several possible product approaches, each with a clear user problem, proposed solution, target buyer, pricing hypothesis, and competing alternatives.

For each concept, design a minimum validation experiment that can be completed before substantial development. Examples include a manual concierge service, a clickable prototype, a landing-page test, a paid pilot offer, or structured customer interviews.

Estimate development scope, ongoing infrastructure costs, operational burden, and key risks using editable assumptions. Generate interview questions that avoid leading respondents, plus a scorecard for recording actual evidence.

Track hypotheses as untested, supported, contradicted, or inconclusive. Never invent competitor research, customer demand, or willingness to pay. The final output should be a go, revise, or stop recommendation supported by the evidence collected.
