For each suspected conflict, display the original passages side by side, explain why they may disagree, and suggest questions that would help resolve the issue. Let users mark claims as confirmed, superseded, context-dependent, disputed, or unresolved.
Include a timeline that shows how a user's understanding of a topic has evolved. Never silently rewrite original notes or decide which claim is true without sufficient evidence.
Support full-text search, local-first storage where practical, source traceability, and export to Markdown or JSON.
