Build a personal productivity application that identifies recurring obligations, unfinished tasks, administrative overhead, context switching, and commitments that consume more time than users expect.
Allow users to import calendar events, task lists, and manually recorded activity logs. Categorize work into maintenance, deep work, recovery, relationships, learning, administration, and optional commitments. Compare planned time with actual time and identify repeated overruns, fragmented work sessions, and obligations that keep returning.
Create a time-debt ledger showing which commitments are creating future workload, how much time they may require, and when they are likely to collide with existing plans.
Let users test changes such as cancelling a recurring meeting, batching errands, reducing project scope, delegating a task, or reserving uninterrupted work blocks. Compare weekly schedules before and after each change.
Keep the analysis nonjudgmental. Do not assume that low productivity is a personal failure, and do not automatically cancel commitments. Include privacy controls, manual editing, data export, and transparent calculations.
