The Data Negotiation Engine

Build a Data Negotiation Engine that helps two software systems agree on how data should be exchanged when their schemas, formats, or expectations differ. Let users upload sample payloads, JSON schemas, database structures, and validation rules from both systems. Detect incompatible fields, conflicting data types, missing required values, ambiguous meanings, and differences in timestamp, currency, or identifier formats. Generate a proposed shared contract, transformation rules, validation tests, and a compatibility report. Include a visual mapping editor and version history. Never silently discard information or assume two similarly named fields have identical meanings. Require explicit approval for mappings that could change business meaning.
